Kristy Tolson

Hi! I am excited for the opportunity to partner together on your home buying/home selling journey! Choosing a real estate professional is a critical part of the process, so please allow me to tell you a little about myself.

I am a Kentucky girl, currently residing in the capital city of Frankfort. I graduated with a business degree from the University of Kentucky (Go Wildcats!), worked as a Flight Attendant for US Air, then as a retirement planning specialist for the state government. After my second son was born, I was a full-time domestic engineer, (aka stay at home mom), until they were both in school.

I enjoy working in my garden growing veggies, flowers, and herbs. I also enjoy reading, traveling and am most definitely a foodie!

I began my real estate career in the Spring of 2017, specializing in residential real estate. My passion and the thread that ties my experience together is helping PEOPLE! I love the opportunity to guide my clients during what is an exciting, yet sometimes overwhelming time in their lives.

I work with everyone from first time buyers to forever home buyers and investors. My proudest accomplishment is when clients come back ready to make their next move or refer friends and family to me! There is no greater compliment than repeat business and trusting me to take great care of your loved ones!

I specialize in the Central Kentucky and Louisville areas and am licensed to work anywhere in Kentucky. New construction, acreage, condos, older homes – they all have unique challenges that we will navigate together. I have worked with several clients relocating from out of state and use creative approaches like video showings when a home can’t be viewed in person. I keep up to date on the changing market by attending classes and seminars. My approach is hands on, educational and compassionate.
